Abstract submission

Submit your abstract before May 1, 2025!

 

We invite researchers, professionals, innovators and experts worldwide to submit an abstract about their innovative ideas, research in progress or completed research projects about training (incl. simulation-based), assessment, and serious games in healthcare to be presented at the annual scientific meeting of NASCE, UEMS. This meeting is being endorsed by RBSS, BAST, Orsi Academy, SESAM.

 

Submit your abstract (in English) before May 1, 2025. Abstracts may be selected as electronic poster or oral presentation. The best five abstracts will be integrated in the main scientific session of the NASCE congress.

 

Abstracts should be written in English, max 300 words using the following structure:

• Scientific research, in progress or completed.

  • Introduction

  • Methodology

  • (expected) Results and discussion

  • Conclusion

• Innovation/innovative ideas

  • Introduction

  • Description

  • Discussion

  • Conclusion

 

Assessment criteria

Abstracts will be assessed blindly (if possible) by members of the Local Scientific Committee and NASCE members.
Five abstracts will be selected to be presented orally during the annual scientific meeting in the main program.
The other abstracts will have the opportunity to be presented as a short electronic poster followed by questions and interactive discussion.

 

Oral and poster presentations will be evaluated during the annual scientific meeting and a first prize will be handed out.

 

All authors will be informed via email before May 31st 2025.

 

Attention: If your abstract is being selected, at least one author has to register for the NASCE annual meeting and present in person. An online presentation is NOT possible.
